Once you have properly setup your account, we’d first recommend that before you start doing any cashback, you should check out our Hints and Tips page to make sure that your cashback tracks properly and that your browser isn’t stopping you from getting the money you’ve earned.

Once you’ve done this, you can then start to earn your just rewards by getting cashback or your everyday shopping. All you need to do to earn your cashback on your shopping is:

1. Firstly find your product and where you want to purchase it from
2. Search for the retailer amongst your cashback sites
3. The retailer may be listed amongst a few of the cashback sites, so make sure you choose the highest paying rate
4. Once you have found that best rate, make sure you are logged in to your cashback site
5. Click on the retailer’s link within that cashback site and perform your purchase
6. That’s it!
7. Dependant on which cashback site you have used and the retailer concerned, it may take a few days for the transaction to track, but you should see the transaction appear in your account area usually in about 24-48 hours later

Time to receive the cashback is varied and is not 100% guaranteed, but each retailer has a missing cashback claim process if your cashback doesn’t appear – they are usually pretty good at getting money back for you.
